Data Accessed

HomeScout only accesses the following Google user data:

• Google account email address (used to identify your account and log you in).
• Google Sheets data in the sheet you explicitly link (write listing data at your request). This sheet content is not stored on our servers.

Data Usage

We do not collect any user data other than your email address. We use your email solely to authenticate your login and to store your widget preferences in our database. If you connect a Google Sheet, we only use that access to write property listing data you choose to export. We do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or any other purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. The only disclosures are to our infrastructure providers that host our database and services, strictly for operating the app, or if required by law.

Data Storage and Protection

We store your email address and widget preferences in our database to provide the service. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and data is transmitted using encrypted connections. We do not store the contents of your Google Sheets.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your email address and widget preferences only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will remove your data from our systems within a reasonable time.
